County Health Rankings

The County Health Rankings, a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, measure the health of nearly all counties in the nation and rank them within states. Community Health Improvement at Vanderbilt

As part of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, non-profit hospitals are required to complete a community needs assessment every three years and develop an implementation plan describing how the hospital will address the significant needs of the community. A survey of more than 2,000 individuals in the Vanderbilt service area and focus groups with community leaders and citizens regarding perceived health and healthcare needs in our community was conducted. Click here to review health data and implementation plans for Williamson County.
