County Building Entrance Guidelines

Document (1)

May 12, 2020

In accordance with Governor Lee’s Tennessee Pledge guidance and in the interest of the health and safety of our citizens and staff, on May 13, 2020, the Williamson County Administrative Office Complex and other county buildings will implement a process for screening employees and patrons that includes confirmation that those entering county buildings are not experiencing COVID symptoms.

The process will include a no-touch temperature scan and confirmation through a list of questions that the individual has not recently been exposed to a COVID-positive person and is not experiencing COVID symptoms. Patrons are encouraged to wear cloth masks, and employees interacting with the public are required to do so. As a reminder, for those who do not wish to come to the AOC during this time, much of the business conducted by County offices can be done by phone, mail or email during this time.

Patrons are encouraged to visit the county’s website, and click the “departments” link, select the respective department and receive information regarding the current terms of operations.

The W. C. Administrative Complex is currently open for business by appointments only, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this unprecedented time together.

Diane Giddens, Chief of Staff

Williamson County Mayor’s Office
