Williamson County is accepting sealed bids for the sale of real property located at 202 Bridge St Franklin TN 37064. This is a vacant lot so the site is available to visit at your convenience. Minimum bid considered $276,000 full appraisal included.
Effective September 1st the Education Impact Fee will be increased to its full amount. When adopted by the County Board of Commissioners it was determined that the full Education Impact Fee would not be charged until it had been in effect for 6 months.
