issues associated with land uses that are regulated by the Williamson
County Zoning Ordinance, such as:
- Building, sign, and cell tower permits
- Failure to obtain required permits and inspections
- Junk cars
- Mobile home set-up requirements
- Overgrown lots
- Swimming pool fence inspections
- Unapproved businesses
Codes Compliance also maintains the records for Williamson County Board of Zoning Appeals, which acts as a quasi-judicial court for hearing appeals and requests for variances from the Zoning Ordinance.
