Text Amendments

The following amendment to the Subdivision Regulations have been approved:

January 14, 2016
  • Amendment to the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations regarding Notices of Defaults in Subdivisions.
  • Amendment to the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations regarding requirements for Pre-Application Conferences.

September 10, 2015

  • Amendment to Section 3 regarding notice to property owners when creating lots off a private easement.

June 11, 2015
  • Amendment to Appendix B regarding the Private Driveway Notation
