The Property Management Department deals with property owned by the county excluding schools. It is charged with the responsibility of supplying all necessary functions such as buildings, utilities, and phone so that other county departments can perform their assigned functions in reasonable comfort.
The department is responsible for:
- Building maintenance
- Housekeeping in seven facilities
- New construction and renovations under its control
- Some building security
