- Opening date prior to 01/01/2010 apllication fee is $22.00 any opening date of business 01/01/2010 or after apllication fee is $15

- Approval of Codes Department (City Codes Departments - located in cities
- Franklin, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Fairview and Brentwood (County Codes Department - located in county)
Business Tax Act License and Tax Report (Local Business Tax Form)
Marriage License
Fee
- $35.00 with pre-marital counseling
- $95.00 without counseling certification
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Both parties, must be present
- Provide driver's license
- Social Security card
- No waiting period
- License is good for 30 days anywhere in the State of Tennessee
- Cash only
- Pre-marital counseling certificate
