The Williamson County Board of Adjustments & Appeals (BAA) is comprised of five members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Although scheduled to meet every month the BAA will not convene if there are no relevant cases to be addressed.

The BAA is primarily responsible for hearing and passing judgement on Building Code variance requests and issues regarding house relocation.
