Setting motions and trials
- Check with the clerk; there are frequent unpublished changes
- Divorce trials must be set in accordance with Local Rule 12
- Civil trials may be set by motion or agreed order
- Beginning September 1, 2006, final hearings on irreconcilable differences divorce Part 1 cases will be set for 8:30 am on Part 1 Domestic Motions day
- Beginning September 1, 2006, final hearings on irreconcilable differences divorce Part 2 cases will be set for 8:30 am on Part 2 Domestic Motions day
