Absentee Voting By Mail Request Form & Instructions
PLEASE NOTE:
Absentee requests for an election may be
received no earlier than ninety (90) days before Election day and no later
than seven (7) days before Election day in order to vote in an upcoming
election. Incomplete requests will not be processed and will delay the mailing
of your ballot.
Each person who registers by mail shall appear
in person to vote in the first election the person votes in after such
registration becomes effective. (T.C.A 2-2-115)
The State or Federal Issued Photo Identification Requirement does not apply to
those who are voting by mail
