WCEMA is monitoring the weather associated with Winter Storm Fern. The Williamson County Emergency Operations Center has been activated to a Level 3 out of 5, which indicates a Partial Activation – (Minor Disaster) During a Level 3 activation, the EOC is staffed with key personnel needed to manage the incident at its current status. Staffing for Level 3 activation will usually include EMA and ESCs. A Level 3 incident is one that requires the close attention of evolving events by emergency services and other key personnel to ensure public safety and the continuation of key services and utilities.
