Help Shape Safer Streets in Williamson County
Williamson County and its municipal partners are working to reduce deaths and serious injuries from vehicle crashes across all modes of transportation. With funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program, the County is developing a Safety Action Plan to guide future infrastructure improvements and funding efforts.
This plan will focus on specific street safety projects and priorities identified through data analysis and community input. Participating jurisdictions include Brentwood, Fairview, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, and unincorporated Williamson County. (Note: The City of Franklin is conducting a separate study.)
Community input is essential to this process. A second survey is now available to gather feedback on specific street safety projects and priorities. We want to hear your thoughts on transportation safety concerns and locations where improvements are needed.
Visit our website to take the survey and learn more. Community meetings will be held throughout the fall and winter to continue gathering input and sharing progress.
