NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Board of Williamson County, Tennessee (the “Issuer”) will be held in the Administrative Conference Room of the Williamson County Administrative Office Complex located at 1320 West Main Street, Franklin, Tennessee, at 10:00 a.m., Central Time on October 14, 2025, to consider and act upon all business which may properly come before the Issuer, said business to include, but not necessarily be limited to, giving approval to, authorizing officers of the Issuer to execute documents in connection with, and holding a public hearing (pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code) on, the issuance of a revenue bond or bonds in the aggregate principal amount not exceeding $5,600,000 (the “Bond”). The Bond will be a qualified 501(c)(3) bond, as defined in Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code, the proceeds of which will be loaned to Currey Ingram Academy (the “Borrower”) to finance the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of educational, administrative, athletic and other facilities for the Borrower located on the campus of the Borrower at 6544 Murray Land, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 (the “Project”), including without limitation the construction and equipping of a new learning center building to be known as the Currey Family IDEA Center. The Project will be owned and operated by the Borrower. Any interested person may attend the meeting and make known his or her views with respect to the issuance of the Bond and the location and nature of the Project. THE BOND SHALL NEVER CONSTITUTE AN INDEBTEDNESS OR GENERAL OBLIGATION OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF TENNESSEE OR WILLIAMSON COUNTY, BUT SHALL BE PAYABLE SOLELY FROM SOURCES PROVIDED BY THE BORROWER.
