The Arrington Special Area Plan is a direct result of the comprehensive planning efforts undertaken by Williamson County in its Comprehensive Land Use Plan, adopted in March, 2020. The Plan is not intended to bring about new development, but rather the Plan is intended to ensure that if, and when, new development does occur, such a development is consistent with the desired character, as expressed by the community and as outlined in the Plan.
