Major Thoroughfare Plan Update

The web version of the Adopted Major Thoroughfare Plan Update is provided for reference and the convenience of having the Major Thoroughfare Plan in a computer-readable format. 

The Major Thoroughfare Plan as presented here is not a legal document. It does not replace or amend the official regulations maintained by the Williamson County Planning Department. 

The print version of the Major Thouroughfare Plan, together with any subsequent amendments adopted by the Planning Commission, remains the official version of the Plan. 

If any discrepancies exist between the print and web version of the Major Thouroughfare Plan, the print version, together with any Planning Commission amendments, shall be considered correct.

  Archived Preliminary Plan Findings

Preliminary findings of the update to the Williamson County Thoroughfare Plan were shared with members of the County Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission, and members of the general public on Wednesday, August 25, 2011. This Plan will analyze the projected transportation needs for the unincorporated county over the next 25 years.
